iCARE Rollout: We had successfully rolled out iCARE Centers totally to 194 at Laxmi Electronics (Jhunjhunu), Abacus Computers (Sriganganagar) & Saint Computer (Amritsar) between Nov 12 to Nov 17.

Launch of TVS iCARE (service brand) across India was great intitiative taken by TVS-E Servicetec Limited which is wholly service company. It was for the first time in the history of TVS-E Servicetec Ltd, the concept of branded service center was implemented. Mr. Stephen Albert is the visionary behind the branding concept.

TVS iCARE Logo depicts in a graphic scheme the arms of a human clasped in closed loop indicating Care. iCARE –denotes the personalized attitude displayed by all in the service delivery chain. It emphasizes the fact that “I am Quick to respond” “I am Efficient in Service Delivery” & “I am completely capable of exceeding your expectations”
And hence “ iCARE”
